Jackie Frasch, RPC, CGCS
Jackie brings warmth and safety to advocate for her clients as they move forward with an enlightened perspective to stimulate growth. Aware that anxiety and stress are at an all time high in our society, Jackie focuses on helping clients regain emotional equilibrium as well as resolving life’s difficulties that get in the way of sustainable joy. She believes in creating new and innovative ways to do things and believes in community in supporting each other and facilitates ongoing groups around Understanding Your Grief and a free Mental Health and Awareness Online Discussion Group.
Jackie graduated with honours with a Diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling (2017) and is registered in the Province of British Columbia as a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC). She has also earned certification as a Grief Counselling Specialist (2020) and utilizes compassion for supporting her clients through the tremendous grief of pain and loss.
Jackie as well as her husband Jeff are homebodies and find comfort in being creative in gardening, baking, home renovations, being active outdoors, lots of travel, and loves her 2 lil pups.
Fun Fact: Jackie is also a travel agent as she is fascinated by culture and how others live differently. Her senses come alive when embarking on trips to different countries experiencing the sights, smells, tastes, and feels that new countries have to offer.
