Group Therapy
Group therapy is a supportive space to connect with others who get it. You’ll be guided by a trained therapist and surrounded by people who are working through similar challenges.
Many clients find comfort in realizing they’re not alone. Listening, sharing, and learning together can reduce shame, offer fresh perspective, and help you build real-life coping and communication skills.
You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan—just a willingness to show up. Healing happens in connection, and group therapy can be a powerful place to begin.
