Rachel Span, RTC
Relationship Counsellor
About Rachel.
I’m a qualified relationship counsellor with a passion for helping couples and individuals build stronger, healthier, and more connected relationships. I’m certified in the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) program and trained in evidence-based approaches.
My style is honest, affirming, and deeply compassionate. I believe that meaningful change begins when we face our past, take ownership of our present, and shape a vision for the future. It’s my passion to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be—helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
About You.
Whether you're navigating conflict in a partnership, healing from a breakup, facing challenges with trust or intimacy, or working through difficult dynamics in family or work relationships—I’m here to support you. You may be going through a major life transition such as becoming a parent, relocating, or changing careers. Whatever you're experiencing, you don’t have to face it alone.

In our work together, you’ll find a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where we focus on both insight and action. I’ll help you identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen communication, and clarify what truly matters to you. Through a blend of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and practical coaching strategies, we’ll work toward building healthier relationships and a more grounded, fulfilling life.

Counselling with me isn’t just about conversation—it’s about meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're coming as an individual or as a couple, I’ll walk alongside you as you make empowered, values-driven choices and take clear steps toward the life and connection you want.

My goal is always to support your growth—not just in your relationships, but in how you experience yourself, your direction, and your future.
For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-based Christian counselling that integrates spiritual values and beliefs into the therapeutic process.
Rachel is especially interested in working with couples. Reach out and book a free consultation to see if Rachel could be a good fit for you and your partner.
