Children & Adolescent Therapist
Maria Garcia, RTC
Counselling brings empowerment and self-awareness. Carl Rogers once said “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” This is something that resonates with who I am as a counsellor. I want my clients to achieve this acceptance of themselves and realize that they are more than worthy- they are more than capable, to bring forth the change that they desire.
ACCT (RTC) #2903

Jen Millar, RTC
Jennifer (Jen) works primarily with children and adolescents, providing a safe and comfortable environment to help work through their struggles. She is passionate about helping families learn effective and respectful communication skills so they can form healthy relationships built on trust and connection. She believes that we all have the ability within to meet our potential, and sometimes we just need some help figuring out how to do it.

Intern Counsellor - Low-Fee Therapist
Anne Chronnell
I hold a gentle, inclusive, non-judgmental space for you to release and process through your tough moment. As an integrative counsellor, I’ll collaborate with you to explore what’s affecting your current life, discover what would be helpful to you to move beyond difficult and often painful experiences, and start the journey to healing.
We are all so unique and so too will your healing experience be unique to you. I’ll walk beside you as you begin the journey of healing, exploring and (re)discovering your Self to a stronger, calmer, empowered You.

Partner, Chief Doer of All the Things
Melodie Grace
*Not a Counsellor*
Melodie takes care of the office, the counsellors, the marketing, website & social media presence... to name just a few of her responsibilities. As the daughter and business partner of Bill & Susannah-Joy, she wears many hats to help keep our therapists busy and the business running smoothly. Bringing over 20 years of front line customer service and sales experience, Melodie absolutely loves this role and adores working with her family.
When not working, she's hanging out with her two teenage boys, playing softball or at the beach. Running on coffee and sunshine, Melodie is the delightful first point of contact at our clinic and she is committed to helping the world recover, one person at a time.
